• The environment (Dev/Init/Test/Prod): (optional)
• The impact Level (IL2/IL4/IL5): (optional)
• List specifc Registry1 projects this account needs access to pull from (ironbank, bigbang, chainguard, canonical, minimus, redhat, etc..). All Accounts have access to ironbank and bigbang registry1 projects by default: (optional)

The following is for the Iron Bank team.

• The credentials have been sent to the primary POC.
