Not receiving email notifications

I'm not receiving email notifications of updates to issues or notifications of assignments. I've checked all my settings and they appear correct in my profile. Can I get confirmation that emails are being sent so that I can address this with Oracle's email administrators to check if perhaps the notifications are being flagged incorrectly on our end?
