POC or Labels to assign MRs for Iron Bank group projects

I'm trying to determine who is the correct Iron Bank POC to review MRs. We previous worked with @gfulton to review MRs and have them merged, but it doesn't look like Gerard has maintainer permissions on the repo any longer.

We contributed an initial version of the Iron Bank Replicator python utility several months ago, and have some bug fixes we'd like to address.

Here is the MR we're trying to get merged into development, but it's a general question of who we should assign MRs to or what labels to add.

I'm not seeing this material covered in the contributor-onboarding docs.
