Developer Access Needed

Summary

We are trying to complete merge request in https://repo1.dso.mil/dsop/techtrend-inc/techtrend/techtrend-devsecops-platform-image/-/merge_requests/12. We are unable to do so because lack of developer access apparently. Is this something we can do or must be done by the Ironbank team?

Can you confirm that our developer team has access? Previous, #800 (closed) was requesting this. Names and contact numbers should be added there.

Additionally, we are trying to make this project private but do not seem to be able to do that.
