Registry1 Service Account to Pull Images to Offline Environment

I'm with the USCG C5ISC Platform-as-a-Service team. I've been tasked with pulling images from Iron Bank to use in our disconnected environment. I am currently able to pull using an access token generated on registry1.dso.mil with my personal account but my access token is periodically revoked requiring me to generate a new token.

I am requesting a service account for our organization to use to pull images from registry1.dso.mil. The account will be used from CLI container tools to pull images.
