Please merge branch to development

The repo1 build we did just a few hours ago had a bug in it. Could I please get this latest branch merged to development (and thence master)? I guess it was too late to get a quick turn on a Friday afternoon, but hoping to get merged to dev and then master sometime on Monday 4/26, please so that we can keep testing / exercising in IL5 Mission Apps Staging on Tuesday 4/27.
