Need a merge to development branch to get updated / checkable justifications analysis

Per MM chat just a bit ago, looks like I need to request a "merge to development" so that I can get CVE inheritances correctly calculated and reported back to me (vs. just from running my working branch). Please merge to dev. Thanks!
