Please merge feature branch to development (1 false positive)

Execution of the IB pipeline on our latest working branch (server_jdk11_20210928) came back with 1 false positive vulnerability. Please review and if you agree with false positive, please merge to development branch (and then to master to save a separate issue/MR?) so that we can get a clean Iron Bank / Registry1 updated image.
