Enable FIPS mode on containers with the option or branch for a new image with fips enabled.

Running across an issue with the new deployments and the hosts have fips enabled. There's a small handful of containers that need fips due to the new openssl bit. I see in the dockerfile that the containers have FIPS_ENABLED=0.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
