JFrog/Artifactory Dockerfile Correction

I am part of the DSOP team and going through the Jfrog/artifactory container. The only person I found associated with this container was you, so let me know if there's anyone else that should be CC'd.
Your Dockerfile is using an image (artifactory-pro) that is not hardened. I think I see what you're trying to do. Unfortunately, in order to do this, the all the images you use need to be hardened.
