We had to delete the hardening_manifest.yaml from the development branch for this project because of the following configuration in the file:

name: &quot;redhat/ubi/ubi8&quot; &lt;---------- Need to update name to something appropriate for the container

- &quot;8.4&quot; 
- &quot;latest&quot;

# Build args passed to Dockerfile ARGs

  BASE_IMAGE: &quot;redhat/ubi/ubi8&quot;
  BASE_TAG: &quot;8.4&quot;
```
This file will need to be recreated and updated on a feature branch and merged to development before the development pipeline can run successfully.</span>
