Unable to get microsoft.asc key when building on DSOP platform

I ran the rpm --import https://packages.microsoft.com/keys/microsoft.asc command from the container that was built locally and it resolves and gets the key. I also ran a curl from my desktop and it grabs the key successfully. Also, when I click on the URL, the key downloads. I wonder if, when on the dsop platform, there is an issue grabbing the msft key? Are any ports locked down due to the hardening process, perhaps ?
