OEM Agreement?

Hello again. We've been discussing things a bit more with RTI after your previous feedback and we're trying to move towards an agreement in which we'll do most of the initial work, but they'll do the pushing and work more directly with you as seems to be your preference. For that purpose, is there a standard OEM agreement that you use in cases like this when working with a vendor? If so, could you please send it to us? Also, Christina Rhylander is aware of this work now and is also interested in assisting.
