Renovate: Automerge Update dependency with new findings

Renovate has identified updated artifacts for this project. Changes were automerged into development but either the pipeline failed or new findings were found.

Definition of Done:

Merge topic branch into development
If there are new findings, attach justifications
Assign label Hardening::Approval
Merge development into master

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
