Summary

This projects hardening_manifest.yaml maintainers list appears to contain an invalid cht_member.

The following members have been identified as invalid, please remove them and ensure at least one cht_member is assigned and valid.

A note for CHT maintainers

A valid CHT maintainer must come from the CHT maintainers group here, these users are considered valid. A maintainer must be selected from the previously noted group, and must be present in the master branch hardening_manifest.yaml, other bots use the hardening_manifest.yaml on the master branch as a source for assigning tasks, that is the reason for this requirement.
