Cannot access web console when using the latest image

When I use the latest image, I am unable to access the activemq webconsole. The older images work fine.

Also, when deploying latest image to local docker or kubernetes, I am unable to telnet to any of the ActiveMQ transporter ports or the webconsole port. Again, the older images work fine for this.
