base container used

On the README.md it says that a UBI Minimal image is used as the base. However, you can see ARG BASE_IMAGE=ironbank/redhat/ubi/ubi8 This appears to be the standard UBI. Also, since dnf is used (and not microdnf) it really confirms to me that the standard UBI is being used.

So perhaps this could be interpreted as either a feature request, or documentation bug. I think it would be highly desired to switch this to a UBI minimal image for something like apache2, it makes sense since it should just be a lightweight http daemon.
