ERROR: Can't open/parse the config file /etc/clamav/freshclam.conf

The file /clamav/conf/freshclam.conf should be moved to /etc/clamav/freshclam.conf. This can be mitigated by creating another image or by mounting the conf file in but I would expect freshclam to work without any modifications.
