Permission issue creating a cert file causes deployment failure

The following error is seen on deployments with the latest release of harbor-jobservice, v2.12.2: pod/harbor-jobservice-5557bccb9c-5zbsn] cp: cannot create regular file '/harbor/ca-bundle.crt.original': Permission denied

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
