Istio Proxy Image Location

The istio operator expects the proxy image to reside in:

https://registry1.dso.mil/harbor/projects/3/repositories/opensource%2Fistio%2Fproxyv2

Could we get the most recent image tag (1.7.7) pushed there from its additional place here:
