Hardening manifest not updated for 18.0.2

The merge for updating to Keycloak-legacy 18.0.2 only updated the Dockerfile but did not update the hardening manifest so Keycloak-legacy is still on the 18.0.1 tag.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
