Broken EFS CSI Driver image

Summary

The EFS CSI Driver image running on iron bank is broken and unable to mount new efs onto pods. This issue is isolated to v2.0.4 & v2.0.6 images of EFS CSI Driver on IB. I pulled the v.2.0.5 & 2.0.6 tag of this image from the public dockerhub registry (public.ecr.aws/efs-csi-driver/amazon/aws-efs-csi-driver) and ran it with no issues .

Steps to reproduce

Deploy aws-efs-csi-driver chart and try to scale down a service that uses efs and scale it backup. The error in this screenshot will show up and the pod will not be able to initialize:
