Rolling back to known working version v1.0.0

Renovate has made it through with untested versions. We are removing renovate and rolling back to a known tested and working version(v1.0.0). We will be working on update testing after for a new version.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
