Change default user to 1000

Upstream Minio-operator helm chart uses user 1000 as default run as user in deployment securityContext. Big Bang will run as user 1000 for this app to align with upstream.

Requesting that we update run as user to 1000 in the dockerfile build.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
