DISA SRG Compliance of NGINX-Distroless

I am filling out the Web Server SRG for NGINX-Distroless currently and in SRG-APP-000251-WSR-000157 it states the web server should limit the use to a certain character set. Is this NGINX configuration set in the hardened NGINX container image?
