Install git for dependency-check job for party bus

Feature description

• bundle-audit is required for sonarqube's dependency-check for ruby.
• bundle-audit does a git clone to pull in the CVE database. Without it bundle-audit update errors with this:

failed to download https://github.com/rubysec/ruby-advisory-db.git to "/root/.local/share/ruby-advisory-db"

Use cases

So that Party Bus can support Ruby.
