401 unauthorized on docker build

I have tried to build this container by downloading the zip, extracting it and then doing "docker build" on the Dockerfile. But I get a "401 unauthorized" in the first steps of the process. I saw in the Big Bang example that login creds were to be pasted into a file somewhere and wonder if there is a similar step here that I have missed.
