Remove the missionvalor-syslog-notify image

Detailed Description

The source code and container have been updated and this image missionvalor-syslog-notify is not longer needed. All of the functionally has been moved into the missionvalor-syslog-receiver. So can I have this container image removed from the group.

• Iron Bank frontend no longer lists application as available or approved
