Setup of build process of two container versions in a project

I have setup a new verion (3.17) of jenkins-agent in

https://dccscr.dsop.io/dsop/solutions-delivery-platform/jenkins-agent/jenkins-agent

Wanted to check with you on the process of settingup automated build for the two versions. Right now it seems to only build version 3.9.
