Add Tag '2025-developer'

Add tag 2025-developer.

This would allow the pulling the latest 2025 release of Sonarqube developer, without having to update our script every time a minor release is available.

This would mimic the hardening manifest for sonarqube9 ` The repository name in registry1, excluding /ironbank/ name: "sonarsource/sonarqube/sonarqube"

List of tags to push for the repository in registry1 The most specific version should be the first tag and will be shown on ironbank.dsop.io tags:
