Update golang version

What is your Merge about?

This merge should fix the false positive reported in the following issue: #2 (closed) Although it was review the full source code of the Admission Controller component hasn't bee found the use of archive/zip Golang library in the code, anyway it was decided to take advantage of this issue to update the Golang version used by the component to 1.17 to remove the cve detection.
