Items accidentally included in tar file

Detailed Description

There was an accidental upload of some proprietary information included in the tar file used in the container build. The runs where the tar file is utilized should be deleted. The entire project DOES NOT need to be archived, but the pipeline runs should be removed. THis repo can always be deleted and recreated as well.

Definition of Done

• Application has been reviewed for archival
• Project pipeline runs or project data is removed
• Project is recreated for an updated submission
