In an effort to standardize and secure our environment, we are making the following changes to projects under the `repo1.dso.mil/big-bang` group.
- maintainers downgraded to developers+codeowners with an auto tagging job kicked off by updating the chart/values tag
- default branch will be `main` and protected by codeowners
- developers & maintainers allowed to merge
- developers can not push directly to main
- protected tags will apply to the *-bb.* standard convention
- Only the Big Bang Team will be assigned permissions at the top group
- Access will be provided for the [Big Bang Repo](https://repo1.dso.mil/big-bang/bigbang) and [Universe](https://repo1.dso.mil/big-bang/product) or individual packages in the Universe as needed
- Branches/Merge Requests with over 180 days since last activity will be deleted/closed
