In an effort to standardize and secure our environment, we are making the following changes to projects under the `repo1.dso.mil/platform-one/big-bang` group.
- maintainers downgraded to developers+codeowners with an auto tagging job kicked off by updating the chart/values tag
- default branch will be `main` and protected by codeowners
- developers & maintainers allowed to merge
- developers can not push directly to main
- protected tags will apply to the *-bb.* standard convention

Going forward, Big Bang will be standardizing repo settings in an automated fashion and will push out additional info as it becomes available. Thank you for your patience and cooperation.
