Update Bitnami Image

Bitnami is no longer supporting this image as it currently stands beginning August 28 per their latest announcement. Please update the image with a new resource location or refactor the image. If builds begin failing in the pipeline this image will be scheduled for archive.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
