Detailed Description

Starting with Black Duck version 2024.10.0, we are dropping support for the postgres service (which renders the postgres-upgrader service obsolete). Users will be required to provide their own external databases going forward. For reference - link to postgres repo archive request

Tasks

• Project is officially marked as stale
• Iron Bank frontend no longer lists application as available or verified
