Tetrate containers not compliant (on behalf of @justin.boss)

Summary

Via IronBank, multiple of the Tetrate Istio containers are not compliant (Acceptance Baseline Criteria is Non-compliant).

My organization would like to use these containers, but is unable to proceed forward while there are unresolved vulnerabilities.

Are these containers able to be updated to address the security findings?
