removed token commented line.  That was used early on as an example and only on my local instance with no exposure to any other servers

Fixes post integration test- mmctl needs /home/mattermost directory and the other ENTRYPOINT might be cleaner to pass in args as environment variables

Update plugins_manifest.yaml, Dockerfile files
