Summary

opensource/kiali/kiali has been identified as failing ABC compliance. See VAT https://vat.dso.mil/vat/container/21320?branch=master

ABC compliance status can change over time as justifications age, are modified, or approved. The image version may also become EOL in VAT as newer versions are released and hardened. Our goal is to focus on the latest Big Bang release and work only those images.
