Description
Offboarding checklist for new Iron Bank developers. The tasks are generally listed in the order that they need to happen.
- IBGL = Iron Bank Government Lead
- IBTT = Iron Bank Team Trainer
- O = The Onboardee - person being onboarded.
- PO = Product Owner/Manager
- SM = Scrum Master
- TL = Tech Lead
Offboardee Checklist
Day 1-3 Taskers:

O: Communicate with P1 Leadership for access removal initiation for P1 Account that you made at login.dso.mil account via your company email. -
O: Communicate with P1 Cyber/Party Bus about removal initiation for Repo 1 Permissions that you formed at Repo1 Gitlab. -
O: Communicate with P1 Leadership for access removal for MatterMost that you created at IL2 Mattermost. - Message @lee.lambert.2 on IL2 Mattermost stating you have begun offboarding and requested removal for your permissions.

O: Reach out to onboarding supervisor and ask to be removed from IL2-IL4 systems. Access update form found here -
O: Verify revocation of access to IL2 Confluence. -
O: Verify revocation of access to Repo1 Gitlab profile -
O: If required, Remove an access token for yourself in the AWS Console -
O: Work with your company FSO on the status of turning in your CAC. Update status in this checklist under Comments. -
O: If required: Remove your AWS Dev Account access. -
O: Scrum Masters Should Remove Personnel from Charters/IB Personnel Charts IB Team Charter Log. -
O: Contact PO/SM to Remove offboardee from Oboard OKR Tracking (If offboardee is a PO/SM/TL)(IL4) -
O: Contact PO/SM to Remove offboardee from SOS Topic Board (If offboardee is a PO/SM/TL) -
O: Contact PO/SM to Remove offboardee from calendar invites (such as DSU/Retro/Planning/SOS/IB Weekly/IB Demo Day/L&L/ML<>IB if PO/SM) -
