Add Image Testing Stage

This template is ONLY used for feature requests. Bug reporting or pipeline enhancement issues should use the other template options for issue submission.

Description

Optional stage and job(s) used for testing the built image in a mock interactive setting would help validate the usefulness of the images built.

Plan

• Create an image test stage
• Create an interactive test job that will load the built image and perform testing on it as if it were running on a user's local machine

Acceptance Criteria

• Test jobs are only run on projects whose configurations support it
• Examples of images passing pipeline with new job(s)
