Jenkins Credential Roundup

Purpose

There are likely credentials lingering in various Jenkins DSOP projects that would be a pain to have to recollect from vendors one-by-one. We need to retrieve these and store them somewhere secure before we completely shut off OCP (and Jenkins with it)

Plan

write/find a script that can be used in jenkins.dsop.io/script to recursively cycle through the dsop project to collect credentials.

Acceptance Criteria

We have securely stored the credentials that Jenkins was using for DSOP pipelines
