Clean up old branches

Backstory

We have a number of branches that haven't been committed to in many days, or weeks, and these branches should most likely be deleted.

DoD

• Define amount of time we would consider a branch to be stale and marked for deletion
• Compile list of all project branch that haven't been committed to in over
• Review list of branches and delete those that have been approved for removal
