Spike - anchore_security.json and anchore_gates.json to be more descriptive

Make the following changes:

anchore_security.json --> anchore_cves.json

anchore_gates.json --> anchore_compliance.json

These naming changes may affect other teams without our knowledge so we want to get buy off from the following teams/people before merging this into master:

• Blake
• Party Bus
• IBFE

  Need to coordinate with IBFE before a merge of this code can be made, as they would require a deployment to accommodate this change.
