Test File Size Limit in OpenSCAP Compliance

The Pathfinder project is failing the OpenSCAP Compliance job in the hardening pipeline. Testing locally, if we comment out the copy and installation of the gpudb RPM, the OSCAP Compliance job completes without an issue. The gpudb RPM is over 2GB, so we need to test this job with another large RPM/binary to confirm the pipeline is able to successfully scan something of this size.

If the pipeline can scan something of this size, this issue should be referred back to the Pathfinder and CHT teams.
