Base Image Findings Showing Incorrect Approval Status

There are projects that are showing in the VAT as having unapproved findings for their base image. When checking the base image in VAT these findings are showing as approved, which is their correct status.

The issue may not be a pipelines issue and Yamini is going to meet with Irma tomorrow (2/11/21) to review.
