Research Spike: IBFE Repo Map Data Migration

After meeting with the IBFE team to review the S3 cleanup we talked about their upcoming data migration and were alerted of some concerns.

1. Are there any projects in Prod S3 that have been deleted from GitLab.
   • If so should these not be migrated?
   • Should these projects be removed from S3?
2. During the migration a script was going to attempt to pull the vendor and product name from the repo map's label section. If this section doesn't exist, how should these values be generated?
   • Team could look at the project name structure to derive values.
     1. What if the directory structure doesn't match the previously enforced three level structure?
   • Could make a note of these project and import no value and manually address.
