Remove Misspelled truffleHog3 repo_map and build from S3

The GitLab project for truffleHog3 was misspelled (Truffelhog3) when it was first approved and a run of master pushed a project to S3 with this name. The image name in the hardening_manifest was correct, and the GitLab project has been moved to correct the name there. A re-run of master has created a repo_map with the correctly named path. The remaining task is to delete the misspelled repo_map and build objects to fix the Iron Bank Front End page for the trufflehog GitLab group.
