Add Layer in Check CVE finding logging

Background

In the response from the VAT, findings have an inheritsFrom field, which could be logged out to let users know where a finding is being tracked within VAT.

• CheckCVEs now logs the "layer", or image, a finding is in

• Test updated logging in staging GitLab
• Confirm logs are formatted properly
