Nexus - pipeline integration to replace satellite

Background

The build stage of the pipeline needs to be updated to use Nexus, instead of Satellite.

• Build stage uses Nexus
  • Build stage should mount repo files. This needs to accommodate either UBI or Apt repos.
• Issue created to decommission Satellite
